Yesterday was a big day for Farm Share! The Enterprise Holdings Foundation stopped by our Homestead facility to present a check for $20,000! We are so grateful for the generous donation presented by Enterprise Holdings and Representative Jeanette Nunez. A big thank you to the Taylor Family and Enterprise Holdings for making this possible.
The Enterprise Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the company that operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent-A-Car brands. The Enterprise Foundation supports nonprofit initiatives where the company’s employees and loyal customers are involved. “We are so excited to be able to help even more families in our community with this generous donation from Enterprise Holdings Foundation,” said Farm Share COO,Stephen Shelley.
We finished off our check presentation with a facility tour, giving the Enterprise team an opportunity to learn more about how Farm Share operates.
We hope to have the Enterprise team stop by again soon!
THANKSGIVING RECAP: Farm Share Partners with The Big Heart Brigade
Just before the Thanksgiving Holiday began, our amazing Homestead Staff sacrificed an evening of pre-thanksgiving fun with family and friends to distribute over 12,000 pre cooked turkey dinners to Dade and Broward County on behalf of Christ Fellowship and The Big Heart Brigade.
Thank you to Big Heart Brigade for preparing these tasty holiday meals for Farm Share to distribute to our community.
