FARM SHARE, INC. CONTINUES DISASTER RELIEF EFFORTS FOR LOCAL COMMUNITIES IN NORTH AND CENTRAL FLORIDA AFFECTED BY HURRICANE MATTHEW
(FLORIDA) October 11, 2016–In response to damage caused by Hurricane Matthew, Farm Share. Inc, —a non-profit organization dedicated to recovering and distributing nutritious and healthy food to people in need — will continue to distribute critical food supplies to individuals and emergency response agencies in Florida.
Farm Share has seven emergency box-trucks departing today from the organizations Jacksonville warehouse containing over 13,000 prepackaged shelf stable meals as well as water, fresh produce and other goods.
Farm Share will distribute to the following agencies:
Calvary Baptist Church (Nassau County)
American Methodist Episcopal (Duval County)
West Jay Outreach (Duval County)
Church of the Nazarene (Duval County)
The Worship Chapel (Duval County)
Grace Community (St. Johns County)
Trinity Christian (St. Johns County)
Additional disaster relief deliveries are expected throughout the remainder of the week.
